i will not be going by plane afterall. After we discussed it last time i cancelled those plans so that we could have another car and emergency space for extras. Thats why i offered to take bibi if there was no more room. Also if anyone is stuck in the new plans i might be able to accommodate for them.

why didnt you tell me this yesterday loll I dont (can't) check dustloop at work. anyways we probably won't need the van then, the important thing is just to bring all 11 of us there as well as the 6 setups. (we'd still need to rent some other car, or we might just take the van anyways) This is going to make it more convenient to pick up/drop off everyone :D

but yeah extras... Steb you wanna come? Anyone else lol? All you need is a valid passport and around 300$. (60ish for rooms, 150ish for travelling, rest for food, venue fees and tournament fees). We leave from Montreal Friday morning and return Monday evening. You also may or may not have to sleep on the floor of the hotel room 0/1/2/3 nights. Sleep is a very relative term though. Drivers get priority on the beds.

Sadly, I can't seem to find a way to buy the ticket online, so I might just end up buying them on the spot.

There is probably one more detail that wasn't mentionned or recalled: on Friday morning I have a work to hand out in class at 8:30, after which I'll be on my way to MTL, so I should be at whoever's place I need to be at roughly 11:30, maybe noon at latest. If possible, I'd like my car to be as near as possible to Garre d'autocars so I don't have to pay too much for taxi. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

No chance for me to go to NEC. I'll be busy with school and I can't afford to go on the trip.

I have mixed feelings of BBCP, the sound effects and UI is just plain bad, character artworks are terrible. And Makoto doesn't look that fun to play but isn't ass.

Ok, considering this new development a few things need to be taken into account.

First off, the rental place I've been looking at is Thrifty, specifically the Dollard-des-Ormeaux location. Here is their legalese section, as well as a more general FAQ.

Couple notes:

- When renting, all drivers must sign documents stating they will be designated drivers.

- I am not sure if drivers need to be 25 minimum. The renter (yours truly) needs to be to avoid the surcharges, but I don't believe it is specific about the rest.

- I'll have to look up later on insurance policies and all that if we want some. Don't want to be hit with a $10k+ liability if we total the car or it gets stolen or something.

But overall, it feels like they're trying way too hard and it comes off a bit too over-the-top. BB may have jumped the shark with this, but we'll see.

Gotta admit, Bibi's haterade on BBCP is a bit surprising. It seems really good, crisp, and smooth to me. And holy hell at Noel's 2D reach, and d.5B wallbouncing.

Yeah Noel's 2D looks weird. Almost looks so high that I'll never have to worry about not blocking it or getting hit as a crossup again. Feels weird. That moves always been the bane of my existence since CT.

Yeah, it's odd in a sense, but it...how do I put it, doesn't look like it actually comes out as slow as it looks like it does. They've been changing it each game it seems. And from the 2 videos of Noel play I've seen it looks like either Revolver Blast has a j.2D follow-up that sends the opponent to the ground, or her normal j.2D just does.
