The only information we have is what is in the trailer (which doesn't tell us anything specific) and OP. Speculation from the trailer is great and all, but posting how you love/hate the new characters, updated wardrobe, etc... doesn't really belong in the gameplay forum. Chill out before I decide to close this thread. In all honesty st1ckbug this happens with every version of the game. It's best to allow this thread to remain so that is doesn't spread to other forums where we have threads named "Amane is Fabulous", which leads to banning of users for weeks on end until the game is released. You'll only make your life harder by closing this thread, and other mods. Besides what else are they supposed to talk about at this point, besides their hype/emerged homosexuality for Amane? it's not killing anybody, unless it becomes a flame-war of which case, temp-ban some users, but don't close this thread.

Cheefoo Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Doesn't Platinum already have enough oki with those damn bubbles? I'm curious as to what Azrael's drive actually does. It appears to make a yellow "down" arrow appear on the opponent, and a guage (or two) appear over his heat bar. Perhaps the arrow impedes movement, depending on which direction it's facing? Down could prevent jumps, up could reduce their gravity (for new combo options), left or right could prevent them from moving in that direction?

Believe me, I'm really hype for this game. I want to know the story behind the new characters. I want to play Noel in her new outfit. I want to jump on the Bullet-waifu train. I want to listen to the new music. This doesn't change the fact that this is a gameplay related forum and not the proper place to discuss this. I don't think I'm coming off as a dick or telling you all to bow down and obey me, I just want you to all follow the rules. That's all! I never believed that handing out infractions or SUDDENLY CLOSING THE THREAD was ever the right way to do things, so I'm giving you guys a chance to just chill out and think. There's nothing really gameplay related to discuss in depth yet. Just wait until we get info from the the loktest. Thanks people!

It seems that once activated, this gauge wears down over time, and once used up the burst icon will go black. When active After used The timer font color also goes from red to black/gray, but that just might be an aesthetics thing. By the way, no one has any idea what this means, but this is merely observation.

But it's a little late after 40 pages of hype to be like "lolno". That type of shit just prematurely kills the hype and doesn't help the scene at all. People will probably be less inclined to post in this thread now for fear of getting infractions.

I'm hype as hell for the game so I don't mind people getting into every little detail they can, even the clothing and such, etc. We might as well enjoy it for once. Eventually it'll be back to the old "nobody likes BB lol" routine.
