I mean, if her shirt covered her whole torso (or even if it just stopped at her midriff instead of where it does) and that skirt thing was shorts instead, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't really have any problem with it. Granted, I haven't been super vocal against it because it's just a video game and I don't care THAT much, but yeah.

Well keep in mind Kagura isn't exactly "with" the NOL, as he's trying to take them down from the inside, he could be requesting assistance from the two (or vice-versa), possibly even at the behest of Kokonoe.

There's nothing to suggest that there was and even if there was evidence, Kagura only has superficial similarities with Ragna. 2. That's so stupid. Kagura is probably just helping Makoto and Noel out.

Judging by Kagura winking, I wouldn't be surprised if he was a flirt. The handsome guy that all the BlazBlue fangirls fawn over and start going "KAGURA x NOEL OTP FTW" ........ please for the love of god don't let that shit happen. ANYWAYS!! As for Terumi? My suspicion is going to involve this character being much like Izayoi being Tsubaki's awakened form. Using something revolving around the Chronophantasma to combine his current body (Hazama) with his original body before he was offed by the Black Beast. Maybe by doing this he bypasses any need for an Observer, what with Celica coming back and all.

Personality is secondary to looks and he feeling of "hey I think these two would look good together."

Voices aren't everything to popularity. Amane is voiced by Akira Ishida but I haven't really noticed a ton of Amane art. But the console version hasn't even been released yet and maybe he'll have a really fantastic personality that garners him a lot of fans--even in that situation, I just don't see him getting anywhere close to RGB.

I was kind of let down when I heard they weren't going to do individual character stories, but this makes up for it. But what's this I'm reading about October? I was hoping for a summer release =,= Oh and Kagura definitely looks like a flirt from that one screen with Noel and Makoto. Winking at two pretty girls is a sure sign.
