I would actually figure if anyone gets cut (and Ishiwatari said that would happen), he's probably the first to go. -9

Costs 25 meter, and appears to cause clash, given that Ky's got the recoil he has if a light move clashes with a heavy. Doesn't appear to be usable while guarding, so I guess it's a "get the hell away from me" move when someone runs at you and you don't know how to beat them out. And yeah, RC section says "either 25 or 50" so my old theory that FRCs would be back, but you can whiff for 50 to make it easier for newcomers might be true.

Clash system reworked: "Normal Clash" → "Clash", "Repel" → gone, "Danger Time" is now random and can be rarely triggered by a Clash. Blitz Shield replaces the Repel scenario from the Clash system. Performed by pressing with any two buttons that aren't while standing, crouching, or jumping. Creates a brief shield that Repels an incoming enemy attack. Consumes 25% of the Tension Gauge.
