Luminos564 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Honestly, they shoved the fact that Celica loves Ragna in my face so much that I couldn't stand her. Yeah this kind of seemed excessive to me as well. That is, until she does her Inazuma Kick to the back of Jin's head (after he is gloating over being Unlimited and beating a gimped Ragna), followed by promptly chewing his ear out without letting him get a word in. After that, I could tolerate her at worst and find her adorable at best. And I don't particularly dislike Jin myself. It's just that seeing the guy who usually doesn't take crap from womenfolk be utterly at a loss of words when one calls him out on his jackassery was damn entertaining to watch.
floatwater Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Celica is a saint you people are sick in the head. ANYWAYS.

Well, as you know, Celica = Sister who took care of him, Ragna and Saya, so because of what he did in the past to her, he can't really do shit against her.

This made me respect her so much more. I don't hate Jin either, its just enjoyable to watch him get his ass kicked. Edited November 20, 2013 by BlackYakuzu94

It's like getting chewed out by your mother, even if he doesn't know that she is that Sister, the feeling remains.
Shinhwa Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Now that I think about it, didn't Noel also get a flashback of Celica = Sister when she was sending Noel and the others off to fight Takemikazuchi?

Ok now I actually like Celica quite a bit.
Shinhwa Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Kokonoe should adjust Celica's life span to live longer. Considering she was going to be used as a sacrifice, she didn't make her life span very long. As I said beforehand, before the Lynchpin had activated, she only had like half a year to live.
mAc Chaos Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 So if Bang is the one that activates it, does that mean his soul is sacrificed?
Zedar90 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 So if Bang is the one that activates it, does that mean his soul is sacrificed? No, Tenjo's soul is already in it. When Bang said Tenjo gave him is soul he really meant it even if Bang didn't understand it.
Shinhwa Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Except all of that efforts kind of have gone in vain since Izanami forcefully made the Beast within Ragna's Blazblue come out to spread more Seithr...

That's just so awesome. Does she really kick him in the back of the head? XD
Luminos564 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Except all of that efforts kind of have gone in vain since Izanami forcefully made the Beast within Ragna's Blazblue come out to spread more Seithr... Say what? I thought most of the seithr was removed via the Lynchpin and that people were instead being forced back into seithr, with only the qualified ones being able to remain in physical form. LOL yes! That's just so awesome. Does she really kick him in the back of the head? XD Pretty much yeah. She also shouts a really spirited "INZAUMA KIIIIIIIIICKUUUU" in Japanese which had me laughing for a while.

I thought most of the seithr was removed via the Lynchpin and that people were instead being forced back into seithr, with only the qualified ones being able to remain in physical form. Most of the seithr was removed yes. But as you know, Black Beast is made out of seithr and it spreads them. Which is one of the reason why Izanami forced Ragna to go berserk in mini-Black Beast form so it can spread new seithr.
BlackYakuzu94 Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Except Ragna's beast form isn't directly referred to as a "black beast".
Shinhwa Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Except Ragna's beast form isn't directly referred to as a "black beast". Black Beast or Beast, whatever. They have the same design XD;;

Which is one of the reason why Izanami forced Ragna to go berserk in mini-Black Beast form so it can spread new seithr. So wait, destroying all the seithr started killing people off for reasons I don't understand yet, and Izanami sends Ragna out to start making more seithr? What the hell did Bang accomplish then, besides AOE killing most of the world with his anti-seithr nail punch of doom?

What the hell did Bang accomplish then, besides AOE killing most of the world with his anti-seithr nail punch of doom? Basically saying, the protagonists' plan kind of failed because of Izanami coming in at the end and trolling the protagonists by going "lol nub nice try, but I have something better than what you guys had planned *evil laugh*" But yes most of the seithr is gone and right now Ragna isn't on a level where he can actually spread seithr on par with the true Black Beast, but... if things go like this then he will really turn into a Black Beast himself (like the bad ending in CS)...

And what about everyone dying? Do the main cast have a plan for this or are they just going with the '1: stop izanami 2: stop rags 3:??? 4: PROFIT' idea so far? I played through the story but cannot read or understand any of it, so I only have pretty pictures to go by.
BlackYakuzu94 Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 The plan at the moment seems to be dealing with Ragna first.

The plan at the moment seems to be dealing with Ragna first. Kagura and Kokonoe never said such thing about dealing with Ragna. Only Rachel had explained to Tsubaki that either she or Jin must kill Ragna before he dies a natural death, and if that fails, she must kill Rachel herself. Edited November 21, 2013 by Shinhwa
BlackYakuzu94 Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 Well considering that all of them are currently allied with each other, its a pretty reasonable solution. Jin & Tsubaki deal with Ragna, and Kagura and Kokonoe will probably tend to the cities without seithr.
Shinhwa Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 Kagura asked Kokonoe where Ragna is, and she told him that Ragna has disappeared and is having Tager look for him. Kokonoe says Ragna may have died, but Kagura says Ragna won't die. I don't know what Rachel is thinking, but there are people who don't want Ragna to die, which is a factor to take in regarding Ragna.

Rachel's plan is apparently to use Amaterasu's memories to restore the world back to normal after Izanami is dealt with.
Shinhwa Posted November 21, 2013 Posted November 21, 2013 Rachel's plan is apparently to use Amaterasu's memories to restore the world back to normal after Izanami is dealt with. I don't think she said anything like that...
