Kibafool Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Something almost exactly like this happened to my friend, turns out they just got one number in the code wrong and that was why it was invalid, but I'm pretty sure they sent him the correct code once he notified them. I hope they fix it for you. They ended up solving it by 10 last night. One of the letters in the code they sent me was supposed to be a 6, not a G. So I was able to get Kokonoe and a few other things.

WolfCrimson Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 Just found out that ArcSys really put thought into BBCP's features: If you have save data from the digital version and decided that you wanted a physical disc instead, the save data from the digital version works with the physical version. I had pre-ordered the physical version but chose free shipping from play-asia, but couldn't wait so I "borrowed" (game-shared) my friend's digital version till I got my copy. I did challenges, unlocked Kagura and shit, so when my copy finally arrived, turns out it all the progress I made with the digital version transfers to the physical one. And I bet it's also possible viceversa.
Chaoschao222 Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 That's just common. In fact, I've not heard of games where save data was exclusive to either physical/digital.
Skye Posted November 9, 2013 Posted November 9, 2013 That's just common. In fact, I've not heard of games where save data was exclusive to either physical/digital. p4u is. I don't remember where or who, but someone tweeted that the digital version and the physical version had different saves.
MotokoChill Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Stylish layout can work wonders, but I don't think I'm going to use it. I prefer using the preset mode that's already given.
T9S1N2 Posted November 10, 2013 Posted November 10, 2013 Who are the opponents for unlimited mars for course d?
se7en Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Kokonoe too powerful at the moment. It seems like she has all the proper tools; great speed, normals, wallcarry, neutral game, oki, unblockable--what more can you ask of a character? Heck her damage is also very high with all the meterless combo and stuff. Question is, what are the chances that she'll be patched? Or will this be the same scenario as valk on cs? (Guessing this would be the latter)
WolfCrimson Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 Speaking of EVO, i remember mr. wizard asking which ArcSys game did the anime community want for EVO 2014 (GGAC+R, BBCP, or P4A) as one of the main tourneys. Was BBCP chosen? Because it certainly deserves that spot. GGAC+R is just a rebalance and P4A already got its chance.
Arc Raizen Posted November 11, 2013 Posted November 11, 2013 I remember it not winning because everyone still fawns over Guilty Gear, but I agree that it definitely should.
Volt Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Come on, guilty gear not only already had it's chance many times but Xrd is coming out next year (i think). Not to mention that while AC+R is really cool, it looks too damn old.
White Man Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Not to mention that while AC+R is really cool, it looks too damn old. It's like you're trying to punch me in the stomach through the internet. As for Kokonoe and (unless folks have already changed their minds about this) Terumi being overpowered, I think there's still time for them to sort all that out. I have no evidence except past release patterns to back this up, but I predict ASW will release CP2 at some point and port all of the console-exclusive content to arcades. If/when that happens, the game will probably get rebalanced, just as every single new iteration of BB has, in which case a console patch to bring the two versions in line with each other shouldn't be far behind. Then different characters will be overpowered and we can all complain about that. Again, this is all speculation on my part. But for the sake of making my prediction early in hopes of being called a wizard later on, there you go.
WolfCrimson Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Calling dibs on a prediction. Lol. So GGXXAC+R was chosen as the ArcSys EVO game? Who do we have to talk/complain to to change that? Were the Dustloop mods the ones who made that decision? Edit: +R is a new rebalance of an old game. Ofc it'll look old.
RurouniLoneWolf Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 Nothing officially was chosen for the EVO lineup. The dustloop mods did not decide on anything either. Mr. Wizard asked people on twitter which game they would like to see at Evo (BBCP, GG +R or P4U2) and last time I checked, GG got the most votes. Though to be honest, doubt it matters who won. It'll all come down to tournament attendance in the end which of the three they decide to include in the Evo lineup if they include any at all.

Celerity Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 In the end Melee will take Arcsys spot. Jokes aside, When's EVO? It's in July. We have a long time to worry about it. I think BBCP will get the spot if its tournament numbers can rival P4A's, so let's blow it up when the NA release comes!
