  1. You know, there's something truly de-moralizing about waking up at 5 in the morning, getting dressed as nicely as possible despite the rain falling down and the clouds blocking all rays of sunlight, stepping out the door, face brimming with confidence, practically meeting employers at the door as they open up shop, only to get a "We'll call you if we need you." This has to be literally the most soul-crushing experience in my life. I don't think anything can truly prepare one for something like this.
  2. I think it's just allergies kicking me in the face? O_o
  3. Head's killing me, throat is sore and hurting like a bitch, nose is stuffed up and runny all at the same time, really friggin tired but the symptoms are keeping me up. The fck is this?
  4. I expected as much from Seth and Merkava. To hear that Gordeau is derpy is just lawls.
  5. So all of TN is going to be fighting each other for the one throne waiting at the end? The right to rep all of TN vs the other states?
  6. Well, this list is something I made based off of how much people practice and their skill based off of what i've seen and played against. Tad would be riding the fence with Astaroth if I knew Tad had the game and was able to get some practice in. Needless to say, his Kanji does scare me a bit. Naimat is solid, but he needs ten times the experience he currently has, if you ask me anyway.
  7. Just going to throw my own personal 5-man team list up there: Me (Mitsuru) Jackie (Narukami) Woz(S. Labrys) or Volpe (Elizabeth)/These two are riding the fence due to the fact that I haven't fought Woz in a while so I can't identify his player skill yet. Likewise for Volpe since he hasn't played in like a month Milln (Yosuke) or Bishop (Chie)/ Riding the fence due to the fact that I don't know if Bishop has even been playing P4U lately. Every time I see him on PSN he's playing Tekken, regardless though, Chie. Milln has definitely made some progress from what I played recently. He was able to hold his own against me and I feel bad for not being in the zone completely to give him proper Mitsuru match-up experience. Nonetheless, he's a Yosuke. Astaroth (Kanji) Just because of non-homosexual <3
  8. Jackie and me repping TN? I'll do everything in my power to protect this house.
  9. I recommend watching the whole set Volpe. Satochi did do poorly in adjusting to Damosu in the first few matches, but he managed to get his shit in gear and started a reversal. Even Damosu himself, commmented saying "Is this match-up really 7-3? Lol."
  10. I may need the pick-up Naimat. Also, I think I have something wacky for you guys' little vid. Found it out a while ago with Mitsuru, it's kind of funny. I'll un-veil it if it works on Friday since I don't have any recording equipment.
  11. I'm hoping to actually drive up there myself this time around. However, with no gas money to do so it may be impossible. @Kyle: That's pretty much how I feel altogether. I can see some problems that Liz players suffer, but after literally playing 1000 matches of nothing but Mitsuru vs Liz (I think I have like 4600 matches played already in total) with some of the best Lizzzies in the business via SpaceBace (pretty knowledgeable and went on par with SKD and a few others) plus Volpe (to this little dude's credit, he does know him some Liz) I can't see those problems being anything that bad. Plus her combos are fun. Also, looking forward to getting to fight you. I will finally get to write off Naoto as a match-up I've officially learned.
  12. Wow...done with this shit already, peace.
  13. I don't really have any other characters in mind. I just find that the damage output she has outways any of the risks she actually has to take to aquire it. With that said, I haven't put Elizabeth anywhere lower than high A on my tier list.
  14. A.K.A. she isn't really low-tier or least-viable.
  15. You guys know i'm not like...dead....right?
  16. Ragna's in the VN game? Wait a minute....RAGNA WENT TO SCHOOL?!??!!
  17. Sol's a boss character in Blazblue?
  18. Two of the four match-ups I need confirmed in one day? FUCK YEAH! At this rate i'll be done with my match-up chart for Mitsuru in no time flat (then I can spend my glorious days not playing P4U). I'm glad everyone has a second or third character they like. I haven't been able to salvage a single sub even though I know most of the cast already. No one's given me that spark to go the extra mile and learn more with them though.
  19. 20. I thought the only in-game tool that could even be considered too strong is one that completely breaks a game A.K.A. something like unblockable moves that set up ridiculous damage, etc. The normals all seem well within reactable scope and they do have flaws. Like I mentioned, while Yuzuriha does have really long-ranged Iai strikes, her B and C versions to be exact, they both leave her hurtbox vulnerable close-range. Honestly, the only thing I can find annoying about her is her elbow drop, that move destroys worlds. Still, I feel like every character has tools that, if played at their full potential, would be strong. I see it in Seth, Orie, Linne, all those characters with somewhat lacking range. I do think that starting out, characters with the longer normals will be at an advantage, but only until people learn match-ups (Even though, a lot of strong Seth players have been popping up most out of the cast). Guess we just need to let the game develop more before we formulate opinions?
  21. @Tophet: Wouldn't this be the exact opposite? If someone has very good, long-ranged normals, wouldn't that force you to play the neutral game properly as apposed to throwing out random stuff full-screen with no punishment? If most characters didn't have the full-screen normals, wouldn't characters like Seth, who can throw an orb to cover his dash-in and get in for free stomp everyone else? Plus, wouldn't that make getting in and pressuring people and opening them up twice as satisfying? Especially since most characters in the game have the ability to keep solid pressure and apply decent mix-ups. I'm so confused. The 200 percent combos and stuff is a bit silly, but there's always room for patching where needed, other than that, I don't see much wrong with the game.
  22. Nobody in the game has full-screen blockstrings unless you're seeing something i'm not. Everyone has a few full-screen normals that make them able to play neutral well (outside of Orie, Seth, and Linne. Who make up for that with their fast movement speed and normals). Yuzuriha Iai strikes do have long range full-screen, but from what I saw her hurt-boxes are really noticeable at close-range besides her A version. @Kyle: My feelings about P4 are dying and I WANT UNDER-NIGHT!!
