Apparently Bace wasn't playing at SKD's high level just because the latter had the momentum, and Bace obviously knew his way around Elizabeth - he was working his ASS off. Then as soon as Bace lands a big combo he's suddenly skilled again. wtf mang

Where is everyone getting that PS3 drops frames? I've yet to see this, and prefer PS3 because I notice that Xbox has a bit of extra display lag when it comes to HD. The negative factor in P4U is ridiculous for Liz. I get that I should've zoned properly, but learning that lesson from a single mistake costing 2/3rds of my health in a single blow is nuts. I go from having a match on lock and a decent life lead to losing instantly.

I do, but I have P4U on PS3. I don't really care either way since I can't bring a set-up. It's gotta have a fan on it constantly so it doesn't get warm and yellow light again. As long as I can borrow Jackie's converter I can play on Xbox.

The match-up doesn't actually seem that bad (for Elizabeth), it's probably just me only having fought two Kanjis. In any case, Klein's right. A Maziodyne has really long recovery, and B. has long start-up. I typically use B for wake-up/waiting for them to cross the screen, and A when they're almost in my face or I need to stop something fast. Your best bet is probably to bait one out, then jump it and do Kanji's flying tackle thing. Once you're in our face, it's extremely bad for us and we'll likely go for shuffle time (furious action command grab). Bait and punish that and it'll be game, unless the Elizabeth you're fighting is a clever one. That's why you gotta get online and fight us. Training mode can only help you make combos/setups. Match ups will help you perfect them. P4U feels like KoF in that combos are really tight execution-wise, and you have to have that perfect hit-confirm in order to go into anything with real damage. Only way you can attain that kind of execution is match-up xp, bro. As I remember it, Star and I were the only people who said anything like that, but your paraphrase is a bit off. It's not about playing at a high level of training, it's about playing at our best. Currently, our best is our day 3 Elizabeth/Mitsuru, and we're more than happy to step up to people with them.

Busy studying how to deal with Kanji and Mitsuru as Elizabeth. Even when this game frustrates me, I love it. Nothing beats that feeling of outreading your opponent with Elizabeth.

Honestly I wasn't too distracted from P4U. I like the new characters, and the interface looks sexy, but I dunno. . . Seeing everyone in old outfits kinda killed the whole "AMG SHINY" hype, but Bullet. <3 I feel like I'll be more focused on GG or even KoF than BB3.
