Something that's important to note: wouldn't hizangeki technically be a 26 frame startup if you're TKing or otherwise required to be in the air, because of the 4 frame jump startup before you can do a move in the air? Or does a TK rid you of the jump startup frames for doing an aerial move? Also it appears that 6A is now +3 on hit (assuming they were crouching and not just standing without blocking)... nice.

Nah, that totally wasn't me with that Noel. XD I can't play that well in that sort of lag. That was Fakku!Delta who came over to my house for casuals today. He wanted to troll on my PSN account, so I let him. XD He's insane though... I watched him playing Noel in that lag, and it didn't look like he was struggling at all. Whereas I kept doing 236Cs instead of j.236Cs because I didn't want to TK them, but the lag was throwing my timing off. :V Moy, if you want to play some real matches against my Jin some time, hit me up when I don't have anyone over. No matter what happens, Rebel Up! should rightfully make most of the country jealous. We have a good atmosphere for player growth; at least one that's a lot better than most places, simply because people show up regardless of whether or not they intend to enter the tournament. The most important thing at the end of the day is whether or not people show up. Yeah it's lame to have 8 man tournaments, but that might happen sometimes. Not everyone is sponsored by Team JOB.

Small random prizes do cost money (which, without an entry fee would have to be out of pocket for the TO), but I have some prizes I can bring. Next time I'll bring a few things. As far as the entry fee, I would play the same either way and would enter free or not. But of course, I'd rather save my $5 than not. As long as P4A is the only paid tournament until BBCP comes out, I'm okay with this.

The mook says 19 frames of recovery. If the wiki says 13, that's an oversight by Moy, who has been editing the game data in the page. I would fix it, but I don't want to touch it while he's working on it.

Things that I notice from looking at the frame data: The new fubuki, although it otherwise uses the frame data of Fubuki A in CSE, retains the invincibility after Frame 3 that fubuki B had, but it appears to be head invuln instead of full invuln. 2C also has head invuln 5 frame earlier than before, starting on frame 9. 5B not only is -6, but that is a direct result of it gaining an additional 6 frames of recovery. Don't whiff it. It's 19 frames of recovery if you do. I'm not sure how 2D is +3 now... the frame data looks exactly the same as it did in CSE. Same attack level, startup, active, and recovery. Wtf? 6A also looks the same too, and is said to have the same frame advantage it had in CSE... the effect of being more + on hit is likely due to the new untech time/hitstun system. 6C gained 4 frames of recovery but was raised to attack level 5. The net effect is that it is now -13 instead of -11. You can cancel into 6B though, which makes for a slightly smaller gap - about 7 or 8 frames. The new chargeable 236D looks to be about +30 frames on block, max. -13 when uncharged Also the new A ice sword on the ground is 3 frame faster than before. for the air version, I don't see anything about landing recovery. Maybe they removed it? :O!

You can test it using a rhythm game as well. Or you could do some more research. Most monitors have had their input lag values measured and posted on the internet somewhere.

Somehow, I missed this thread being created. I'm not particularly opposed to a $5 fee for Persona, but I do think we should leave it up to the attendees. I was thinking perhaps we could run it ranbats style and have a cool prize at the end, like a stick or something. We'd either have to take donations or collect a small entrance fee for that though.

Oh, add me to GG too. I'll do terrible, but I'd like to support the game at least.

If we have the space, I think between Tloc and I, we could get two stream stations going. I have unlimited 4G for my phone and can enable mobile hotspot legitimately for $30. No need for donations. We might need a second person with unlimited 4G if we're going to have 2 streams, or donations might be required for a jetpack. I'm not certain if two streams can be supported by one 4G connection. In theory it is possible, but it depends on reception in that part of Vegas. An alternative would be to stream multiple stations on one setup. This is possible, but the individual screens would be a lot smaller on Twitch since they have to share one window.
