I disagree Argent. I enjoy the challenge of fighting/figuring out zoners, even though it can be frustrating. The fact that they try to keep you away the whole match makes it THAT much more satisfying when you finally corner them and beat them to a pulp.

I can run an ethernet cord into the other room, I just have to buy like a 50 foot one. We have one that is 25 feet, but it's not long enough. I have been meaning to get an ethernet cord, but I just haven't got around to it yet. Hopefully 50 feet of ethernet will be cheaper. *fingers crossed* GGs to you to :o ? C'mon it wasn't that bad was it? I usually don't lag that much, but it was still minor compared to some of the 1-2 bars I've played in. And the lag probably helped you way more than it did me. You try navigating Lambda's obstacle course using a character with no reach, no projectiles*, AND lag thrown in. Running face first into spike chaser isn't a part of my usual strategy against Lambda ya know. Anyways, lag is rarely one person's fault. We probably just live too far away from each other. Even with wireless, if you lived one or two states away from me we would have either 3 or 4 bars, and there would be no problems. Still GGs to you. You're one of the better Lambdas on XBL. Hopefully we can have some lag-free matches once I get wired up. *

I was wired up until a few weeks ago. Now I'm wireless in the room next to one with the modem. Had to move the Xbox or I'd never get to play it.

I remember someone (Biscuts I think) earlier saying that it was a fake crossup and that I should keep blocking normally. Or are you just manually dashing forward and then backwards?

Also Hombre, I didn't know that you were also interrupting the pregame countdown so that Tager would say "...woman as fellow soldiers" while "The Wheel of Fate Is Turning" pops up until today. Gotta love that seemless transition.

My friend bet me $200 that I couldn't beat the hardest song on every guitar hero game he owned (stuck on Jordan right now). GGs Ace Dash dancing made it sooo easy to bait people into whiffing attacks like idiots, I kinda missed it when I came to BB, but I realized that they were geniuses for not including backwards runs. Every movement option is punishable in BB, but it would be near impossible for a rushdown character to hit someone who could run away at the same speed they could advance.

I was pretty good in Smash before I started playing BB. A lot good habits in that game are liablilities in BB "What do you mean I can't run backwards?" "What do you mean I shouldn't constantly be in the air?" "How did he go through my attack with that bullshit uppercut?"

I don't think the heat stealing distortion is going to be that bad really. Ark isn't stupid; they are going to try and balance it somehow. It will either be really hard to land with specific requirments like DbD or Bang's new super, or it will do insignificant damage (like 900-1500 raw) to make up for the fact that it steals all heat. Or both of these things. Hopefully both. Plus Makoto isn't really meter dependant, so I don't care!
