No, you have to kara cancel within 2 frames and invinci doesn't start till frame 4.

Ah you'll have to beat me first buddy. Realistically speaking though, if you seriously want Top 8 then you're not going to play Noel. Honestly, what could they possibly do in the balance patch to make Noel a better character? If you really want to place anywhere near Top 8 you'll pretty much have to pick up a strong character with no terrible matchups that either won't be nerfed or won't be hit as hard as Bang and Litchi will probably be. Right now I'm seriously considering Arakune or Mu. I'll always play Noel though, but probably not when I really want to win, lol. Oh and I'll be coming over to Cali at least once to practice with you guys. Maybe I'll even get to practice when I study abroad in Japan~ (weeaboo)

30 mins really? Once I got used to 6c being slower it was pretty much the exact same thing as CT Haidas, except easier since I don't have to time anything. :p I'm actually a bit angry it's so damn easy now.
