I know I still dont know the optimal combos or all the changes in Cs2 yet, and i just recently came back into BB, but I've never lost so much before. I'll be shocked if she isn't in the bottom 4

Who fucking cares about Lambda's 5BB. On another note, Lambda feels kida shitty to me. I've been busy this week and played CS2 for the first time today, so I don't know her optimal combos and everyones blockstrings and gimmicks. But like, one mistake and she feels like a piece of tissue. Her average damage is buffed, but the overall cs2 changes to everyone has really hurt her, I feel. It's honestly no wonder, I was seeing every video of CS2 lambda losing, japanese, youtube vids, everything. Shit, even Minori quit her. I'll stick with lambda, even if she's just above Tager in the tier list. I'm too lazy to learn a different character

Someonewhodied, I've been practicing those combo's from the psp. I can do some of them, but does it seem that due to 5C and lambda's multi-hits, that many of those combo's are VERY inconsistent? Sometimes I felt like I did the very same thing with the same timing and either bluebeated or had the dummy tech, or the spacing missed despite doing it right.

Definitely not, I think I could beat Death Dealer more consistently if I did : / He got a lot better though, he still mashes some really random stuff out though. My reaction time is really off, I've been kinda having reflex uses with COD so it's different. I'm falling for a lot of lows too. I'd have to play consistently for a few days. If i werent tired from work i'd play right now :D

yeah, I started playing a lot, but then the new COD came out. I'm sure I'll play a lot when CS2 comes out. I must be rusty as hell by now

Honestly, it sounds like Lamba shouldn't even be a zoner with these idiotic changes. Knock down on the second 5D? I know the games not out, but it sounds like a lot of the cast is being dumbed down in general

And I know you and the offline players know your characters well--BUT--how much do you know about other characters that aren't your mains/subs? I feel like it takes two players knowing their character very well and applying it in the matchups to truly know. We'll say you and Pulsr are one of the top Lambda players (although he plays Mu now) in the country--but if you're not playing a top Tao, how can you truly know, it seems like it becomes theory fighter? I've seen some Tao players in the Socal region but I don't remember them being too great. If you're not playing someone close in your skill level it seems pointless : / I know I'm just a scrubby netplayer when it comes down to it, I'm just raising a few concerns

Haha, my problem with Tao isn't her 6C. I usually have a burst reserved for that and it's not nailing me on a daily basis. I was just listing off some threats, I don't know the very details of Tao, but her damage is VERY good, in my opinion. Not trying to be rude, but I think Xdest is much better than TaoFTW and the shit he can actually pull off online for a non-Japanese player is retarted, it's not surprising to see how far she rose to the tier list. Although, 6C isn't so slow and so bad that 7K is still not broken. It's still broken, it's not as slow and unlikely to be pulled off like a fully charged 6C attack by Hakumen. Although I'll say if someone's getting hit by 6C a lot and losing 7k something's wrong, it doesn't mean it's not stupid broken. It almost looks like this whole chart should be scrapped, to be honest, even the people who made this chart seem to kinda disagree. Arakune and Carl being lower tier than Lambda just makes me giggle because it's so not true, the Japanese seemed to think otherwise not long ago. Can't Fumo get a full curse combo going from just landing one 2A? (or was it 6A?) From there, Arakune does broken 7-8K curse damage. Maybe the chart seemed more bias due to certain players skill level than the characters they play, it seems. You guys are good and respectable offline players, but something about this chart just seems very wrong.

What Tao players did you guys have? I'm having doubts about Lambda v Tao being 6-4, it feels even worse than that. One of the Tao's I know pretty much does 4k off of any little hit he lands, and can do retarted 7k damage from 6C and from Becoming Two, considering Lambda can't react or zone Tao and gets absolutely outclassed by her up close, the 6-4 still feels lenient. Lamba has 40+ frames of recovery on any whiffed drive attacks, and Tao is certainly fast enough to either punish that or get right in her face. I know someone's gonna say "herp derp, learn2 6A" but no player is good enough to go countering with that constantly. Tao can cancel and bait obvious shit like that. It doesn't help that 6A whiffs under crawl so you can't just go rushing in with that either. 2C is garbage. Using 5C to catch something is a 4k+ death sentence. 236C gets stuffed by pretty much all of Tao's game. Is it possible your Tao players aren't as good as your Lambda players? Why has Japan declared Litchi the top but you guys haven't? I know Dacid himself whens a lot of tourneys up in his area---but it seems a bit much to base it off JUST him I don't know, some of the list in general looks shakey to me, but I know I should expect a snarky response ending with stay free I guess what I'm wondering is---did you guys feel when making this list that it would match up with how the Japanese would rank everything as well? Just curious

I actually thought he was Sky Kun in a different alt, turns out I was arguing with some nobody scrub. I hadn't even mentioned tiers and somehow I was attacked for it. With his mentality, I'm really doubting he's a good player, just a lot of shit talking. Ah well, thanks for the advice

Oh, cool, Lamba's the next Rachel. Either I'll pick up Plantina or quit CS. I was fine with Lambda being outclassed by a good majority of the cast, now they're just making her F tier

Lambda's looking Rachel tier to me, we can't do TK combo's now? Fucking retarted. Can we do TK loops? Lambda's damage was already shitty, now we're averaging 2000 damage on everything. 4B leads into the TK loop if the opponent is cornered... I didn't mean to say 4B was great, but it's really not awful if you're mixup game is good. I used to never use it, I like it a lot now, when used sparingly. I'm still surprised you guys think TK/TK feint are shit though...I won't lie, I'm gimmicky as hell with it and it works well. TK feint into a another TK or 4B is hilarious shit. My bad guys, I guess I've abused TK tricks into netplay so badly I got my facts wrong badly

Haha, that first link of his Lambda was hilarious. I hadn't though of using 2DD>TK>6A>TK loop, I went for 6A and would try to TK loop too far. Useful to know The second link, I play like a shittier version of him, that was interesting, but you were right, we play kinda alike :D

WHAT? Lambda has arguably some of the best melee overheads in the game. TK, TK feint are fucking awesome. 4B's pretty nice too if you actually make people respect your pressure
