i don't know how much longer they can make the startup. like, slow the speed at which she moves? or slow how long it takes to activate the move... either way, i think that's a stupid nerf.

And now since CH gravity is now FC... 214a CH FC -> ... -> 236c sounds like it will lead to GODLY damage >:3

That's also banking on if GS's proration was buffed lol

Judging from that one vid from loctest 2 though, it didn't seem too bad.

Lambda:

- C moves have less proration, C>6C loop does more damage

- gravity is actually better than it was in CS

- D, 6D, 4D, more move stun

- act pulsar A, super fast escape move from the corner

- 6A, big buff

- J214D, longer untechable time, much easier to combo

- throw, only dash 2D combos afterward

Honestly I'm just glad they're giving Lambda SOMETHING good, and this all isn't just nerf city.

one of the few changes I’m eagerly awaiting since this will somewhat make 2c CH more viable as a ground punish if proration is reduced.

Now if only they would fix 2c, the start up time can stay but fix the recovery time.

Did Lambda get the 3C nerf too? Or has it always been techable?

/\-11's 3c was always techable lol which is why 3c > 214D is powerful for breaking primers lol or relaunching if they dont tech [or tech roll]

Why do people think 2C is too slow? The startup is 14 frames. That's as fast or faster than Ragna's 6A, Hakumen's 2C and Tager's 2C.

well, if gravity is a FC, it doesn't matter much if it still doesn't have IFs. like who will actually get hit by that? but i'm pretty satisfied. more hit stun with drives = easier zoning. 5cccccccccccccccc > 6c combo is what i normally used anyways, until i finally got down the crescent on a sixaxis.

2c is slow in comparison to CT. plus its range is shit.

Drives having more hitstun was a mistake. stunedge clarified that the moves have "longer entire frames", whatever that means.

lol, comparing it to 6a ragna, which is head invul... it can be slow because during its start up and active frame there is invul which leads to CH, serving its purpose.

hakumen has better range, and tager 2c is somewhat reliable as an AA from what I remember (don't play tager). Make it jin's 2c range or haku 2c range and we have a deal thats its not slow.

I find 2C is quite fair right now tbh, the only thing i wish for it is to have less proration in combos. Otherwise the only thing good about it is that it's the only jump cancelable C move.

Very true. Dont forget Tager 2c fatal can trade with like, anything, and he'll still pick up the combo lol. Just mash tager 2c in pressure, doesn't matter if you get hit as long as you hit them you're all good lol

Lambda's 2c IS pretty bad in CS imo. Its AA range is actually pretty pitiful, its not head invul, and I personally think the recovery of that move is balls too, I always get hit after that :v:

I only use for pressure now in CS because its so bad :/

Clearly the only right way to do this is make 6A homing rocket fists.

Then 2C can be like D nails, but more, and from the ground.
