That list looks fucked up. First off, why is Testament below Eddie? Not saying that it shouldn't be, but Testament and Eddie seemed to be uncontested top two forever. Second, is Jam really that high? Thirdly, I thought Potemkin was top 4... Whatever. Also, isn't Axl pretty damn good? That list is just weird in general. And not as amusing as Flashmetroid's.

Not true; it merely implies that the relative values of the advantages and disadvantages each character has are too close to order properly within tiers.

Axl-Slayer is at least 4.5:5.5, which isn't THAT bad. He has a much harder time with Venom, I believe.

What one really good player does with a character can't really speak in tiers. Otherwise Kuroda woulda bumped Q to at least mid-tier in 3S years ago.

In all fairness Ogawa hasn't exactly been relevant news in quite awhile. Though on the other hand he's still way better than most/all of the people here. But on the other other hand that still doesn't make his opinion flawless.

From what I've seen, the top level players in Japan have only marginal differences to eachother. It's not like you can say one of those players is waaay better than the other, but some times one player has a slight advantage over the others; sometimes a little more refinement, more originality, etc... So it can be that Ogawa isn't the best in Japan right now, but he's still up there. Of course you don't have to take what he says for granted, but since he's unable to actually defend his opinion over here it might actually be an idea to look for what reasons he made the tierlist like that instead of attempting to discard it.
