- A-Lobelia's recovery increased. Not as much recovery as CT version though.

- Baden Baden Lily's damage from the lightning rods slightly decreased.

- Something about how j.2C's raised up. The word compound is unclear, hasn't been translated in any of the other Location Tests' notes either.

Thanks for that. We had a note about lobelia's recovery being increased, but before I thought it was for all, including B and C. Nice to know it's only A.

Jin's 2C being faster is delicious.

I translated some jin stuff from here:

a lot of the old stuff stays, but whatever..., it's nice to see a summary

-2C>5C gatling, easy to confirm for fatal , can't do the 2nd 2C

-sekkajin knockback decreases a lot

-b musou knockdowns, even the air version

- 6A still can't be punished normally. (must IB), you can cancel to whatever if it gets normal blocked

-2B >5B gatling added, cant do 2nd 2B

- forward throw(3) has better proration

- rehhyou has longer recovery (but does it matter much?) , on CH you can combo to dash-in 5C for a decent damage

- 2D is so much faster

- 3C techable

- 5C has less reach

- 6A still forces crouch (5C>6C gatling from rapid possible) , still cant be special cancellable

-5D speed is slower than the loketest at akihabara , freezetime still as quick (can't combo into anything), still combo from 5C.

- back throw prorated really bad

i'd say 5D is buffed compared to CS1 in that it's acutally useful for combo enders midscreen and as a poking tool since it's faster now. the fact you don't get a combo off it (unless you go straight into 214D or wave super) isn't that big of a deal since 5D prorated pretty badly anyways.

Thank god for Valk nerfs. Announcer change is pointless. It will never be better than Jin's.

And Carl needed nerfs, but not nearly as many as he got. He has some buffs though so that's good.

Cancelable Hakumen 4C sounds hilarious.

Also speaking of bang I hope his and rags updates get here soon.

His nerfs are kinda negligible, we gained FAR more than we lost. And you have to look at his buffs in comparison to the cast, he's looking very strong this time around.

Yeah you're right I wasn't thinking straight,but then again I'm not used too worried since I have Rachel back. I don't know why I find Jin more annoying then the rest of the cast.

Also better throw protration? Back to actually having to learn how to fight jin.

if their idea of ballancing valkenhayn is to take away all his combo ability, then i'm simply not interested in the character anymore (not that i was playing him lately or anything).

the problem is, if they just nerf his damage, he would need the wolf j.B,B relaunches and the other harder combos even more, which would make the character quite hard to play, which is of course not in the interest of arcsys and doesn't fit BB's style. so i guess i should have seen this coming.

anyway, back to GG.

They went for an easy way. If you can't balance something, take it out. Many characters ended less fun than earlier...

Back to GG and waiting for next BB when they'll have more time to balance stuff and make it interesting...

It isn't that they're taking an easy way, it's that the direction they're taking to appease many people's complaints happens to be exactly opposite of the way you would prefer. Currently, people were upset that combos were sandwich break length and that people died in 2 combos was too erratic. Thus, less damage shorter combos. Easy fix.

Hopefully these changes will make the average BBCS match more hype to watch too. Not saying BBCS doesn't have epic matches but y'all know what I mean. :8/:

lol w/e rehyou is already fucked on whiff, so making it worse doesn't really matter.

CH combos are hype though.

sekka with less pushback is gonna be awesome.

5C>5D is incredible by virtue of the fact that Jin can now actually do with off max range 5C

jin buffs be important, though there is no such thing as real mixups for us, especially when lol6A goes into nothing

more like we don't get return for mixups....

air normals mostly crossup, but there's no good return, and throw is.... well throw and has lolp1

and if you miss the mixup all your pressure disappears.
