Out of this mix what do you think would make a good team? I've been doing Wesker(OTG)/Ghost Rider(Rebuttal)/Dorm (Dark Hole).

Use Cold Star for Amaterasu and the stuff you're currently using for Wesker and Dorm. The team works incredibly well. You can stop your Phantom Dance around midway through, DHC into Okami Shuffle, and then before the lightning or snow starts, DHC into Stalking Flare or Chaotic Flame (preferably Chaotic Flame unless you have a good position, then use Stalking Flare).

Kill one of them. The one who dies faster is not Dante. The other Dante also comes equipped with Bold Cancelling and a lvl 1 Ouroboros wannabe. He also has a speech impediment. "AHMUHTURRASS" Which makes me like Vergil that much more. -w-

Man, people that play like that make me sad. =/ He faced the fury of the Phoenix Force. oAo

D:I figure as much, kind of make it hard for me to appreciate it, Advance guard is pretty good option select but I find it difficult to do consistent or for that matter react to many things in this game.
SolxBaiken Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 I have o no trouble distinguishing things, it's just the speed of it all, most characters can switch from high to low stupid fast, also everyone is going for your shins, so unless you see them aerial or an assist is called there is almost no reason to standing block (of course overheads being one of the exceptions). And the fact guaranteed unblockables can and will happen don't help matters either. And really good blocking will only get you so much since chip in this game can be ridiculous on some moves. There are 2 play styles you need to get really good at; rushdown or keep away. By rushdown I mean you have to have a fast and fierce point and either 1 or both assist set for locking down your opponent, and then never let up the assault (advancing guard seems so irrelevant with these teams). And keepaway means getting an annoying character [flight] and keeping all the distance and being annoying with ranged attacks, but ya know what's even more annoying about these teams? THEY HAVE GOOD ANNOYING CLOSE COMBOS TOO!!! At the end of the day Marvel really, Really, REALLY shouldn't be taken seriously, once you succumb to salt you've already lost. And for whoever said it earlier, being bad at Marvel doesn't not make you bad at fighting games, lol. [just all my personal thoughts]
