Arc Raizen Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 I find it hard to believe that Makoto is still the worst character. Is she up there with the new broken characters? No. But she more tools for pressure/frametraps, seems overall safer with better hitboxes after the royal fuck-up that was Extend, massively improved midscreen combos and corner push-ability, better overall damage (still a bit low), and one of the best Overdrives for combos.

I could nitpick a few placements, but frankly, I think it's divided into too many tiers. Also "Hakumen is always high tier"? Wut?
