There would be too much pushback from each of the moves even without barrier for it to make much of a difference.

It would look stupid but 3cc>5c gatling haha. lol, silly stuff.

This thread may as well be the Tsubaki fan club HQ. At least she's getting some shine.

And I vote no to overpowering Izayoi. I enjoy playing a rare character.

Izayoi's always been kinda "Arakune Lite" if you will. You can always fall back on him.

I think the general term for "5BB" and "5CC" etc normals is "Followups" or "Followup normals"

Anybody know if in the loketests if the crazy air throw hitbox's have been made less I don't know less "Hey I'm 10 meters above you! na na na!" "Wait how did I teleport down here? blargh!"

I remember this time I used to main Hazama. My Haku friend once managed to airgrab me when I was behind him. I cried myself to sleep each night after until I discovered the glory of Relish Crowbar.

Moral of the story is, You only really notice how crazy that stuff is when you spend 90% of the game in the air.

Everyones airgrab > everything Hakumen does midair and that at a ridiculous distance. It often makes me wanna use my stick as samba drums.

Can I play bass:D tbh idk I never let this type of shit bother and frustrate me. Its usually characters that make me rage

If only he had a throw counter. Successful hit equates to a judo flip and then some stabs or punches to the gut.

Being airborne is so much fun though

2. Well we counted Noel didn't we? both have command grabs that whiff on crouch. Heck, if we were counting distortions we could include Tao for her 214214C. At this point were kinda wondering into a grey area though. I don't think Bullet's command grab has ever been used on me in a serious fight, and I have a track record of getting command grabbed. That's kinda the only way I can judge it's usefulness in ways of my experience never having touched Bullet, but it kinda seems flawed in theory too. I don't understand why one would use it over a Rapid for extra heat-up, and when you have heat-up you can get better damage without risking 50% heat and a nasty punish pretty consistently no?

It's true that Bullet has other ways to spend Heat, but there aren't that many of those. It goes something like this:

 - Get extra Heat-Up level (on H0)

 - Convert random mid-screen Drive hit into damage (usually on H1-2, since H0 isn't that rewarding)

 - Rage Aggressor as combo finisher (can be done both on H1 and H2)

 - RC blocked DP lol :v:

 - 720 (can be done at all Heat-Up levels, gets extra-tasty on H2).

Now, the main reason why you want to have as much Heat-Up as possible is to turn Bullet's poor neutral game into a slightly better one, and that's important in BB. However, it doesn't solve Bullet's other problem: that is, her simple and gimmicky mix-up game. Having the option to command grab is a godsend for her, especially since it brings the opponent straight into the corner. If you manage to land some hits, then yeah, go ahead and get more Heat-Up, but if you have problems with that, it just makes sense to spend it on a command throw (not like you have any better options before hitting them, anyways).

Pretty much this. Even though I don't DP as much as I should

So overall Hazama got buffed? In the loketest it said something along the lines of  Ouroboros meter changed. Now it's more easier to follow the meter

- Increased stock to 3.

I doubt they'll buff him, but then again, I didn't think that Litchi would get better after CSE, so that shows what the hell I know

Aside from this and the fact that OD is strong as hell and no other changes where made they will kill hazama with what they did to him. Nerfs not worth it rather have much more all around decent character then having a good OD. Makoto has a good od but she is still bad.

Litchi was terrible in CSE but going from low tier to top tier is quite a leap.

Honestly BB is a great game but fuck, i'm sick of these changed ever year(seems like it anyways).

If they're going to changed the game, they need to buff the low tiers and maybe nerf some really retarded stuff that the top tiers have. other then that, make major changes in the sequel.

I.....beg your pardon?

Honestly, I believe that the lower tiered characters should be buffed, but the upper tiers barely altered.  Extend was sort of this way (with the exception of Makoto and perhaps Tsubaki) where it was hard to place who was lower on the totem pole, though some would say Tager and Rachel as well.

The game would time out before litchi completed a 4k combo overall she was fairly weak no where near the top tiers. (e.g Valk, Ragna and Hakumen)

Litchi was one of the best characters in CSE. Her neutral game, oki, and mixup were top class. And that's not even including her DP or 13 Orphans nonsense.

Surely you jest.
