Damosu just got wrecked and his soul was stolen. Exaggerations aside, it's not like Lizzie isn't hard to read to begin with. Her options are very limited, much more so than any other character (despite you know, supposedly having a lot of moves for multiple situations). Couple that with characters like Yu who can straight up no-sell 90% of her stuff and you've got a recipe for disaster of the highest order.

The only thing that was out of the ordinary about what happened was that Liz was on the receiving end of that onslaught. Usually, it's someone else. Also...this MU is definitely worse now. Patch gods, please save us T-T You know your character balance is screwy when players are reduced to praying to the ASW Patch pantheon. To be frank, I think I and many of us here have run out of things to say about the current Lizzie. I guess we will need to wait and see what ASW has planned for the "new version" they announced.

So after looking at videos, it seems like ASW actually kept the same amount of moves that eat up the 2C buff. In P4A: they had 5C, JC and Ghastly Wail all use it up. But this time, JC no longer uses it (likely because it now causes ground bounce on counter hit) and instead the Bufudyne series uses it up. I wonder, would JC using the 2C buff+counterhit really have been that good?

Sometimes I find myself on the edge of my seat because I'm expecting him to do something smart and win, but he does something outlandish instead. The results vary. Honestly though, I think Setora has potential to become really good, he just needs to make slightly better decisions/learn combos. He baited Narukami DP like two times and he never killed him after. Narukami is still looking like a 7-3 MU for Liz pre-patch, but Damosu did screw up a few things matchup-wise. Where he was using Zio, j.B, and especially 2C got him killed. He should know at this point that Narukami can punish 2C for free when he has 50 SP, as this was a thing in P4A.

It's really obvious in the last few vids we've seen of Setora and random Lizzies. It's like they forget that OMC'ing exists and decide to just auto-pilot their pressure and lose cards for free. It doesn't help that most of them drop the combos she does have in this game or go and get punished for 5C/2C pressure right in someone's face. The players make the situations they're put in infinitely worse b/c of things like this GBAer64 1

It would probably be more noticeable if we all message at the same time. Plus it's more cost effective. But if you want someone to fly to Japan, go to ASW's development/production studios and slap the person who made our waifu even more weak in-game. Who'd like to volunteer?

Well EXCUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSE ME PRINCESS!!! But... I guess you are right to an extent... at least for me... I wasn't always the best Liz out there. Especially against Chie's and occasionally Yosuke. Everyone else felt more like a luck chance like Akihiko and his mixups. Only was able to do a few advanced combos, could never do the garu tricks that completely destroyed people. Thing I was only best at was blocking everyone BUT Chie. Er... aside from that hehe. ^_^;; I want to fly there so I can just strangle someone. >_________________________< Please do so and maybe that'll get their heads headed on your direction (the direction that can tell them what criminal they did to Lizzie-chan). And then everything would be goooooooood. '3'

All I ever seemed to win with is 2C (Fear)>Mind Charge>Raw Ghastly Wail. It saved my ass a lot. Funnily enough, I faced all of 1 Aigis ever in my time playing online. The rest were mostly Yu, Yosuke, Yukiko, Akihiko, Kanji and Shadow Labrys. I wonder what the new patch is going to be like, though. I think Liz's Garus should stay nerfed, but we need to be able to get damage somewhere. They really should just update the way Liz's meter works in this game. I've been playing with a theory for the damage part. What if, hypothetically, we could either stack the 2C buff or have it last on a timer? That ought to up the damage at least a little bit. I've already mentioned my take on how her meter ought to be handled, but it is all for naught if she doesn't really have anything worthwhile to spend meter on. But we shall see.
