I would be nice to actually have enough time to get good before my chracter(s) get nerf/change. that's the only thing i don't like about BB i swear. Don't get me wrong change is good, but it should be like every 3/4 years plus.

The difference between character power shouldn't be astronomical, because then NO ONE has fun as one character steamrolls everyone, but having them all around the same level is just boring. Having distinct strength and weaknesses is what makes fighting games fun. Please stop making the incorrect correlation between "characters having the same power level" and "characters having the same strengths and weaknesses"; They are not equivalent. Tager, Rachel and Tsubaki all sucked in CS1. They did not have the same strengths and weaknesses. Your point is invalid. Have a nice day.

Like some of her swords looked jaggedy and some of them look nice and smooth. Really wish they had decided to rework some of the sprites if they were gonna put Lambda back in, the glow is kinda lazy.

At the very least, I'm expecting her to have sprites that feature her wearing her cloak. They went to the trouble of including it in her art, it should be in the game in sprite form. I'd also like for her to have a different Astral Heat from Nu, but we'll see.

Angel-tastic Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Celica's anti-air looks godly, and her projectile looks like it's higher level than Sonic Saber. It's seems like it's going to be really hard to Izayoi against her. I'm super excited for Lambda though. Hopefully we get some footage of her in a couple of weeks. I wonder if Lambda can use Legacy Edge now. I feel like that move would be more useful for her than Nu. I'm also curious how her new drive differs from Nu's drive. Hopefully it's more useful with Act Parser Zwei moves. Even though I didn't much care for stance Nu, being able to combo after Act Parser Zwei: Blade was pretty cool.
Blade Posted July 25, 2014 Posted July 25, 2014 Aww how nice of Celica to heal you for the next round. Almost makes me like her. lol this explains every fighting game ever between rounds. People beating the crap out of eachother and then once one of them is near death the announcer says "FINISH / SLASH" and Celica comes in, heals them both to full HP and they're like "DUEL 2: TURN UP THE HEAT!" She must be really tired of that... Also, the way things are going, if they keep dragging out Jubei's release (or bringing out his dead cousin / Nine), Jubei might be the next "CT Hakumen" (i.e. super strong) if and when he gets released.

Add to the fact that she's a beginner character, beating people with her would be oh so sastifying in a match. Also, I am very excited that Lambda is back, because her gag reel in CS2/EX made me love the character even more. What I'm thinking for Lambda is that her swords will allow her to rush the opponent down easily while still allowing her to zone effectively. They did a good job making Minerva not look like a palette swap of Nirvana, so I'm sad to see that Lambda and Nu look pretty similar. Hopefully there's still time to touch her up a bit more before she's released. Also, I hope she gets her own theme song instead of sharing Awakening the Chaos with Nu. If not, then you might as well just play Blood Pain when they fight each other, lol. got nothing to say about Celica when she first came on the game i knew she was bound to be playable lol 2 new characters both girls the third will most like be a guy i place my bets on it will be hibiki then jubei I think Hibiki is more likely if they have enough room for him in the character roster. I'll bet Jubei is going to be the DLC character for the very last installment of Blazblue after Izanami is playable.
