That's a common translation mistake, 中段攻撃 ("Mid attacks") are overheads, while 上段攻撃 ("High attacks") are mids.

I literally never seen anyone talking about it, but the wiki says Faust has a super version of the item toss super (yes, the super-super item toss, you heard me). It costs 100% of Tension, is performed by inputting 236236236P, and tosses 10 items (as compared to 8 with two regular item toss supers). It might not be THAT practical, but it still amuses me to no end.

Eh, not as exciting as he could be. We already have quite a few close-ranged bruisers of all kinds (Sol, Pot, Slayer, maybe May), so he needs to have some very interesting gimmicks to be worth the hype for me. For now, he feels like a bara Makoto cosplayer to me. At least he's unlikely to be yet another character who can fight comfortably at any range if use use his gimmick properly

To put things into perspective, I just bought a figure from Wing (the company that's making that Millia),and it cost me about 10.000 yen. It's similar in size and composition to Millia, so I assume it's going to cost about the same.

It vastly increases the game's playerbase, which is the lifeblood of fighting games. If anything, NOT implementing crossplay would've killed the PS4 version pretty quickly.

Oh, hey, Sol's new IK is called Branding Breach? I shouldn't be surprised that they renamed it, since its animation is brand-new, but it's been so long since we first saw it, I totally missed that we didn't see its new name anywhere. And of course, that doesn't concern just Sol.

Female characters are older than you might think, just because most anime that reached the West first wasn't fanservice-heavy doesn't mean there was none of it in the industry.

I wouldn't say that the game's absence on the website means it's not canon, but since there are a few plot points that imply that (such as Faust's arcade mode), I'm not exactly surprised about it. With the ridiculous amount of endings it accumulated over all its versions, it might be for the best to just drop them all and start from scratch.
