That's interesting that you can't even delay stuff in combos anymore? If I'm understanding right? It must have changed a lot if 5C > delay > 5CC doesn't even work. :V Besides combos, is there anything about Makoto (or Litchi :P) / BBCP (in general), that particularly stood out to you?

Arcana Eclipse -During Extend Force mode, use 214B+C for an additional attack (arcana eclipse) -after activating, until the Eclipse Attack(or status effect) is finished, you cannot recover your EF guage. -after using an eclipse, the EF Guage recovers at 0.8 times the speed of a normal EF activation. No meter usage. You're only requirement in order to use Eclipse is to be in EF.

Yeah, Eclipse is great. There's really no reason not to use it. especially wind, dark (if you use Weiss/Akane/Petra), and mirror. Fenrir looks good too. There was actually a konoha at the Examu Cup that had a nice left/right mixup off Fenrir Eclipse (in which could probably give other characters like Saki or Akane that same 50/50 setup as well). http://ja.twitch.tv/examucup/b/401963667 Not to mention there were other setups like Love Wiess eclipse combo into free equip in the corner, mirror eclipse into equip, etc. Honestly I think this mechanic is going to be a regular part of this game once people familiarize themselves with it.

To my knowledge, you can't even play Nesica cabs outside of Japan without approval (like Namco did for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 a couple years back for FR and NECXII). Talk to Jon Slayton, he might play Skull Girls. He shows up to most of the wnb events, but I'm unsure if he still plays.

Just saw this not too long ago. Can't believe they actually put AH2 stages in this game. I love it. xD jB is faster. One Scharl player was saying it feels like it's at least 7-8 frames now (as opposed to 9 in the last version). j6C is slower. You can't even IAD with it. There's other changes too, but from the previous location tests.

Still good stuff getting 3rd at Civil War. Looking forward to playing some more BB later today man.

75% meter actually. :P But yeah, GNT4 was awesome. I feel like the high damage was pretty good for the game though, mostly because you have a ton of opportunities to avoid getting hit. The mixups in that game were like.... B->B, dash up throw, or back-turned situations. Though some characters (Temari j.B) were pretty good at forcing those mixups. That game was fun though, sadly that was the last one that I really enjoyed. The EX series was pretty bad. As was SP.

We tried setting up carpools before, but ended up just getting plane tickets. imo it's worth it unless you don't mind the drive. (Raleigh to Philly is about 8 hours I think).

Fall Classic!! Will be looking into getting side tournaments going for AH3/AP/BBCSE (assuming none of them are official games). Pretty excited that NC actually has a major (besides MLG).

WNB has a stream, but not for BB. Only SFxT, KOFXIII, and MvC3. Aw ok. Well keep us updated while you’re in Japan playing CP. Eh I don’t mind. I don’t think we’re expecting a crowd of people to be watching our streams. But with a stream for WNB, we can at least show that BB in NC is somewhat alive…. and maybe other people might gain interest into coming to WNB (I mean we even got two new BB players last WNB, so there’s definitely the possibility of getting more people in our group). As for peoples’ opinions on our play. I’m sure some people will complain, but that shouldn’t stop us (or any community for that matter) for trying to reach others that might legitimately want to pick up the game.

Whichever venue works best for you guys for BB, I'll go to that one. I don't have an Xbox360 stick though, so if we do end up going to Flippers I might need to borrow a stick. What time do you guys usually arrive at Zero Ping/Flippers on Mondays? That would be great if you guys can get a lot of people to come, but I won’t mind playing with a small group either. I play BB/AH3/AP with a group of 5-6 people max at locals in NC, so I’m used to it. :P

The place you guys go to play games in Southern Florida is called Zero Ping, right? I'll be in Aventura FL (20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale) around 17th to the 19th. I won't have a car, but if there are people to play BB with , I might take a cab to Zero Ping for one of the days I'm there.

Yeah GGs last night. That was probably the most anime WNB has ever seen in one night. Blazblue, Aquapazza, and AH3. :P Really enjoyed the Makoto/Litchi sets Eric. Was hilarious how many times we had to rush in to not get a time out. xD And it was good to finally meet you Taylor. Thanks for bringing Aquapazza.

Never even thought about her dash buff being for acceleration rather than max speed... that actually would make a lot more sense.
