Not sure what you tried before but I found This Mod and it seems pretty legit. Did a bit of scouting and I haven't seen the points system on the forums that implemented this mod so I assume you can turn the points off and keep the badges.

I would just keep at it for a while if you really want to learn Haz. Learning any character is going to take a good amount of dedication but trying out a basic character could help you get a feel for BB in general since you're just starting out.

Actually, since Smogon uses vB, all the staff would have to do is get the mod code and stick it into the site. You don't even have to know code. The forum takes care of the hard stuff and you just give badge names and images. I'm in agreement this sort of system could make DL a better place.

Well, I can mix em up, but as they are right now I have... 30mm 1 of each color from the Madcatz 360 sticks. So 1 Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow. 4 Black/Grey Mix 6 more Yellows. (From the Madcatz MvC2 Stick) 6 Black/Yellow Mix 2 White 24mm 2 Yellow 2 White I also have two square gates, 3 balltops (Black,Yellow, and Grey) and Bat-tops (White, Black).

Not extremely familiar with vB, but I'd assume like other forum systems, you would just make a new user group and set it to having no posting rights. Just move violators into that group and mods can PM them to clarify the situation and change them back when needed.
