Also, could Millia always run under Stinger Aim, or is that new to Xrd?

I think she could always roll under it, not sure about running.

I cannot wait to see Pot HPB every character in the cast. The reactions will be awesome.

They also removed that, you can look at his moveset and realize it's gone. Any new moves Ky got post #Reloaded is gone. He's more akin his #R version with this Grinder buff that he received.

I wouldn't call it a buff just yet until I know how safe in the air Ky is with it, (especially now that DI Sol has his command grab, not to mention Potemkin's Heat Knuckle) for now it's just a new option.

To be honest though, I do hope they have a GG Generations Mode in GGXrd, if only for those of us accustomed to anything after #Reload.

Maybe not as un-tested as EX Mode was, but something closer to what AC+R currently is (though I do love me some EX Mode... Here's hoping he gets Zwei Voltage back).

everybody is based #R cuz they don't have time to make it all new, so whatever moves I didn't mention here, that means they are same as #Reload

I am expecting huge changes from here so it doesn't really matter much

I only did that when they revealed the move list more than a week ago. Now I'm just interested in how Ky works this time around.

I don't think anyone should honestly believe that they'd just go and throw out all of the work they've done on the series since #Reload. Initial game loketests often have a lot of placeholders and missing things.

So how's the hit-stun from aerial attacks this time around? I've only played AC+ and the hit-stun felt really short/small compared to games like BB or P4A.

So far only a few things I'd really like to see system-wise. It looks like every combo turns black now so hopefully they go back to differentiating it again along with showing where they could have teched. I also really wish they would have just done away with JI and simply made it a default state, though I guess raw super jumps would be weird that way.

Other than that, game looks amazing both gameplay-wise and visually. I don't much like the art for May but her in-game looks great so I don't really care.

Looking at some of the new videos, it seems they didn't record new voices yet for the other characters. And no comboing off Slide Head. D:

It's already been mentioned that the music and sound effects for the location test built are placeholders from the older games. In other words, they most likely haven't started recording anything yet.

Question since I forgot if I missed it or not. Stunedge, Elven, or anyone, is there "hold teching" in this game? Like P4A and BBCP where you can hold a button to tech as soon as possible?

Flipping sprites is pretty much so much of a tradition that now 2D fighters with 3D fighters literally go out of their way to adhere to it. Look at SF4 or MvC3.

I'm surprised people are still worried about this after we've seen characters like Vega (SFIV) and Spencer (MvC3) - the latter especially since his bionic arm is always on the side closer to the player.

In that same vein, has anyone said whether you auto-run out of RCs if you hold left or right (like in P4A)? I know shtkn asked at some point, but I don't remember seeing an answer.

I believe people said they may have lines from Overture?

I wouldn't know. I've never touched that game.

Rather than GG's hitstun feeling short I'd say it's BB's and P4A's one that lasts for a very long time... :V

I remember I've read that BGM & SE were reused but I don't remember japanese articles saying about reusing voices too.
