Don't quote me on that though. Isn't that one post location test? I don't think one has been made for 2.0 yet. It would be really funny if one has already.

That would make sense, but what is the left-right axis supposed to represent? Also, how is Kokonoe looking to people as of BBCP2? I've barely seen anyone playing her recently from the Japanese arcade footage, so I'm guessing she isn't nearly as dominant as before.

While true, based on what I've personally heard and what I've seen. It doesn't change my feelings, just kind of reinforces things currently. Oh well time will tell if these tears will dry ;-;

TD Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Celica does look kinda bad. Not sure how she is supposed to play neutral, looks akin to terumi. Pressure doesn't look too bad. I'm frankly really disappointed in her design as a whole. Just my opinion though. Does she have any perks over other characters? Slow hp gain. Wooow.

Say what you will about Rachel nerfs, there is no way in hell she is D tier. Celica being so low makes me laugh. This is what happens when you succeed in making a character more basic than Ragna. Queen basic bitch.
