I lost a match that I wouldn't have lost in a million years on what was a 3 bar connection, but was laggy as shit. Also if there's anyone that still hasn't seen this yet, I highly recommend watching it. This is probably one of the most helpful things I've seen for KoF XIII on YouTube and it's from DandyJ, known as a great Super Street Fighter II Turbo player and also known for homo-genius: a history of gay inventors. His video shows how to make use of training mode's features better than you probably are right now. Sometimes, lag can help combos, somehow.

I found this out yesterday because my friend played a few of the top Mexicans over the previous week and they were doing just fine in a horrendous connection. Safe to say that it wouldn't have mattered if the connection was laggy or not, he still would've got his ass beat, lol. Because I fought my friend who has been fighting the Mexicans, I've realized that I still have a lot to learn about this game. Starting today, I'm actually trying a different approach to KoF.
