If Carl got some buffs, I'd be very happy. The only buffs I want for Carl is more health and combo from Cantabile again, kind of like in CS2/EX. Let Taokaka (and possibly Celica) have the lowest health, because Carl doesn't deserve 9500. Tao has mobility and Celica has easy combos and insane damage. Carl needs buffs.

I know everyone would rather rant about how the sky is falling, but location tests (especially early in the location testing process) typically report a lot more about nerfs and/or things that don't work anymore rather than buffs and new changes. It's easy to notice things that are worse than before or don't work at all anymore, and it can be much harder to figure out and take advantage of positive changes in such a short time. Things also can and will change between location tests, and between tests and the final product.

Tsubaki: 6C no longer jump cancels.

 

WTF?! Why in the hell would they nerf that move?! It already comes out slow as hell, but the fact it no longer cacels makes it near useless now IMO. Smfh

How arakune OD works is it will put you immediately into curse but the curse meter depends on how much you built already. let's say you built up 50% curse meter and did OD, then you will get curse mode with 50% curse bar.

Bullet:

- D Frame Advantage reduced.

- If you hit D, the opponent floats and can Air Ukemi.

- Heat 1 Piercing Engage doesn't really wall bounce anymore, it seems?

From the look of things, everyone is pretty much being taken out to a dark alley and beaten to half death (some are getting closer to 75% death instead) and only a few are getting some perks to their broken bones.
