Can't say I frequent it either, and that honestly surprises me.  Personally, I'm 100% happy with 1.1 Azrael as he is now, and outside of a visual gauge to remind me when I had Phalanx Cannon Stocks, I didn't really want any buffs, and was bracing myself for HUGE damage nerfs.  Loosing the "DP" effect of Growler may hurt a bit, but I'm willing to keep my head on my shoulders until I see it in action.  Plus, it's not like it couldn't be baited and punished anyway.  His Backdash is so far untouched, and Sentinel Dump is also fully preserved.  Assuming all of this stuff even sticks with him, I honestly feel like that's a small price I'm VERY willing to pay in exchange for being able to immediately fire off Stocks after Growler absorption.  I'll take anything I can get against the Murakumo Army, despite my intention to return there when Lambda drops, and we don't know how wallstick on Leopard Launcher will impact him, though I'd imagine that's just for the corner, which will give him more consistent combos.  Don't really see what ANY Azrael player has to complain about at this point, at least until we know more and get a final changelog, which won't be for a good while.  He seems like he's getting better to me.

- OD item super gets buffed item for next one as well
- 5B>5C>236C did not combo (he meant 236B)

- 6C on hit causes spin state, guess no bounce?
- 623D, 2nd hit cause wall bounce
- 236A, knockdown on ch
- OD HIyoku, no visual change

Words cannot express my utter rage at this moment. They are destroying the stronger characters while leaving weaker ones as somewhat middling. I'm not happy.

Platinum
- cat stick cause the slide down
- you can destroy both normal and super treasurebox
- Persia's 2nd hit has some weird brake.
- 3C > Persia route no longer works.
- 6B has less stagger on hit.

Hazama
- 214DA cause bounce on hit, hard to combo
- 3C>214DC bounce in weird direction
- can’t really be braindead and fly around
- OD Mizuchi does 1800 min guarantee
- OD Jyayoku so op, 5000 from anywhere
- OD Jyayoku > 623D > Mizuchi 6k

Litchi
- no normal chain from 6A, can only special cancel
- DP dmg nerf, changed the pole position
- Pole only goes one direction(?)

Ragna
- GH follow up, bounce so low, can only link 5A
- 6AGH6ABS is gone
- 5D2 no bounce, no delay HF>5B combo

Arakune raw OD
- Only 50% of the curse gauge gets filled.

Amane
- Lv3 5D got nerfed, a lot

It would seem that the CP 2.0 patch is trying to nerf all the top tier characters. This pleases me, especially if Hazama and Litchi get nerfed. These two are my most hated match ups.

Destroying the stronger characters and Ragna. Mori's taking all of Ragna's MC tier powers and transferring them to Narukami, leaving Ragna to eventually get in Makoto tier.

As long Inferno Divider is a thing, that will never happen. Thankfully

2D after 6C launch might just be 6D, 6B, stuff now.

I know everyone would rather rant about how the sky is falling, but location tests (especially early in the location testing process) typically report a lot more about nerfs and/or things that don't work anymore rather than buffs and new changes. It's easy to notice things that are worse than before or don't work at all anymore, and it can be much harder to figure out and take advantage of positive changes in such a short time. Things also can and will change between location tests, and between tests and the final product.
