Kokonoe : Fixed "Armament No07 Gravity Jamming Dark" Trying not to get too exited over this. It's prolly not the fix I think it needs. nonetheless new stuff is fun. The only "Bug" I'm aware of is Jins arrow to the moon glitch. I wonder what was wrong with the rest.
mAc Chaos Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 What are the bugs that it's referring to? Like, what Gravity Seed bug.
Errol Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 rachels bug is probably barrel lotus effect sticking around after you burn the bat with iris. which is actually pretty useful. tldr char gets even worse ed: konan maining dengeki until there are more people playing BB. src: https://twitter.com/neet_megane/status/539364068801253376

SoWL Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 No idea, but I don't think it's anything major if we still haven't heard about it.
ZoneroftheEnd Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Purely speculation, but the most notable change to Nu-13's Spike Chaser that I know of is how it seems to lose its hitbox if Nu gets hit in 2.0, unlike the previous versions of Spike Chaser. No idea what Gravity Well's problem is though, there aren't enough Lambda vids.
StylisH Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 What was wrong with Bullet's stuff? They are terrible moves for starters Edit: Fletchette has a problem where if whiffs in some scenarios even when executed properly. Flint shooter I believe interacts weird with other projectiles, but I'm not certain on that however
bakahyl Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 They are terrible moves for starters I don't think they fixed those moves as in balancing them..... But fixed as some of these moves caused bugs or something else unintentional happened Like Jin's arrow super causing the opponent fly out of the screen if you RC it on hit and push the opponent out of the arrow And the mentioned barrel lotus from Rachel, still staying even after they were used as pole lightnings

Phones01 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Hey this might be really late but do you guys have any codes for the dlc stages and colors for jpn bbcp?
NeoStrayCat Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 Hey this might be really late but do you guys have any codes for the dlc stages and colors for jpn bbcp? You already mentioned this in the BB Q/A Thread, but as a reminder...
StylisH Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 News has been painfully slow for CP2, has there been anything else of note?
BlackYakuzu94 Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 News has been painfully slow for CP2, has there been anything else of note? Is it still doing turrible in Japan? That might be the reason, that and the Xrd and P4U2 2.0 hype.
StylisH Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Is it still doing turrible in Japan? That might be the reason, that and the Xrd and P4U2 2.0 hype. I have no idea, but I don't play Persona and my excitement for GG is meh, so......
BlackYakuzu94 Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Well since so many players are dropping the game, I just figured it wasn't doing so hot in addition to bigger games coming onto the scene. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yeah, I've noticed a lot of popular players seeking out other titles, maybe they're not satisfied with the update (yeah, I'm obvious like that) but I'm going to reserve judgement until I play myself. Then again I may be slightly bias, but I kind of like the update personally, even though I question the direction the devs are going..
Fusionist Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 I feel like everyone is being thrown for a loop for two reasons: 1) A lot of the complex, higher tier characters were knocked down a bit. Especially if you've invested a lot into learning a powerful character, it becomes very discouraging for that character to suddenly be subpar. Top players were winning tourneys with these characters; they probably feel the need to switch in order to do as well. And then it might be really boring to some players for Ragna and Jin to be top tier. Seeing easier, simpler characters be the strong ones may feel a lot less rewarding. 2) Nu. Yes, certain characters end up being really powerful every iteration. But an overpowered zoning character sounds beyond frustrating and requires very careful play. She's not unbeatable, but I could see easily people being discouraged. Personally, I really liked the update. But that's because I didn't play a lot of the more difficult, stronger characters. I played Jin, who got buffed. I played Platinum, who got buffed. I played Noel, who got buffed. Characters I hated playing against because they seemed too strong, like Azrael, got nerfed. I am frightened of Nu, though, and she honestly makes the update quite a bit less exciting for me.

Daiwa, Konan, Goro, Kuresu, etc. If you rely too much on your character's abilities and not your own, well that speaks for itself.
WintersWhite Posted December 14, 2014 Posted December 14, 2014 I feel I'm in the minority for liking the update , then again I've never played a BB game so I haven't gotten used to the game before the changes. I'm waiting for this to come out in fear this will be a separate game instead of getting vanilla CP right now. I hear Amane and Rachel have been buffed and I plan on maining them so I do like that. Also Celica looks cute so I don't mind her being added in (I like playing cutesy characters). The only real turn off so far for me would be Nu but other than that, I'm personally liking what I hear.

Which formerly powerful characters are now "sub par"? By all reports, all the same usual suspects are still tops. Except MAYBE Kokonoe? Who no one sank tons of time into anyway, because she wasn't even out for that long.
