Now that would be awesome.

I was playing bbct for trolls the other day, Jesus that shit moves slow. That game was ass looking back at it for reasons totally unrelated to individual character balance, I can see why the ggac nerds hated on it so much.

Really? I remember looking back at extend (I hadn't played bb till cp) and just cringing when I saw the speed. CP moves very nicely tho:D

CT moves at like half the speed of Extend. They sped the game up slightly with each revision I think.

Rumor has it that PS3 versions run at 58~59fps, giving an overall slower feeling to the game. 360/PC/Arcades runs at 60fps.

I'm pretty positive that Extend on my PS3 feels slower than CT on my 360/PC. I dont have CT on PS3 to be 100% sure but given your impressions I'd say it also runs at 58~59fps.

CT is way faster. It's just got wider input windows.

It's not the framerate, it's the hitstop. I don't think anything moves actually got any faster (except for the ones that did) but CT has ridiculously long hitstops on everything.

If you just had two guys jump around and stuff without attacking it'd probably feel about the same speed.

I remember someone talking about how long Makoto had to confirm into 6B on crouching pre-Ex and it felt like an eternity supposedly. When I first started CP the hitstop threw me off, but I'm glad it got faster.

BB actually slowed down post-CT. It's only now with CP that it got sped up again, and it's a welcome change. CS1 was by far the slowest iteration.

I think Arcsys just wants to try to keep things fresh, unlike Capcom which is pretty much fine with just making really minor tweaks purely for balance. That's why Jin is a totally different character in CP but Ken and Ryu have had the same moveset since like 2000.

The one thing I want Capcom to do with Ryu, is to have him utilize Oro's teaching and use a 1-armed fighting style, because it would be the coolest. Take out his right/left arm, for his super or whatever.

And yeah, I had to stop playing extend at one point, as I was playing P4A and the speed difference was very jarring. I can switch between CP and P4A no problem tho.

About BBCP in Europe...

Since Australia counts as Europe for the purposes of console gaming because of freaking PAL:

http://www.classification.gov.au/Pages/View.aspx?sid=cPSXt9CpF1B%252fovyDjXteXw%253d%253d&ncdctx=%252f1ezt7vDwoP66dO4rrlc1fPC8q9crq7wx71g3ZWvAUF%252fRyxx4BC4bzFRND4ltpcV

BBCP was submitted to the Australian Classification Board... by ASW themselves. Not by Zen United/Pqube/"Arc System Works Europe" like previous games (except CT which was published in Australia by a local publisher).

Why did BB suddenly become M in the eyes of Australia? I remember BB being T and having very little about sex.

... Australia's M is and always has been the equivalent of the ESRB's T in video games.

About damn time. Hope Europe will be saved from Zen United, as well.

Don't know if I'm late on this, but this article mentions that the release date for the Vita ver. is April 24th, and there will be new DLCs n' stuff: http://sunrisingblog.wordpress.com/2014/02/08/blazblue-chrono-phantasma-comes-to-ps-vita/

(They don't really have anyone left they haven't given announncer voices to, so I think that ether means colors or, dare I dream... new characters.)

It's probably the old stage/music DLCs from the Blu-Rays, but if new characters, cool.

Don't think so. PS3 and Vita DLC is supposedly shared so I'm pretty sure Vita owners already get those either way.

I'm doubtful of this article anyway; it's just some random news site I've never heard of. They could be making shit up for all I know.

Yeah I don't really know what people are talking about when they are saying CT was SOOOOOO much slower then the other iterations of BlazBlue. And also remember that in CT you don't have ridiculously long , sluggish, ugly , repetitive combos like in CS1. CS1 was probably the worst.
