They seem to be nerfing defensive options of chars who excel in other areas as a general thing in CP2. Bang lost 6D's frame 1 guard point for example. (Also, happy birthday Rachel. :D)

I have a question, though. Does this mean you have changed your mind about speculating tier lists and whatnot? Considering you just posted this, not long after the first speculated list was posted. That list had flaws but dogura's isn't even complete, so. Just asking. Edit: impressions. Rachel is still strong, not overwhelmingly so. Good skill and 50/50's will still win games, and her overall risk/reward was tweaked so that she will still require excellent understanding of the character. Anyone playing her has to be more cognitive in the neutral. More or less the same gameplan. Should be fun.

Just asking.Yes and No. If you want to talk about what you can get and some of the maybe whys of those lists go ahead. If you go off into fantasy la la land I'll probably ask you to stop. Basically keep it to a minimum and only base it on things you can very clearly reference.Dogura's little list thing is probably the best thing to look at right now. Why? It's pretty simple impressions, it's from one of the absolute best BB players playing the game currently, it's reasonable in that it doesn't try to chart down everything and admits gaps in knowledge. I'd rather have somebody say "I don't really know this yet" than something blatantly incorrect.Also keep in my mind it's still super early for lists even in Japan (hence why I like Dogura's thoughts more), so yeah. Take everything with a grain of salt and make your own observations. Some things are common sense (very rarely does a grappler-type character retain tier status over the life of a game), some not so much.
Verimeloni Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 I don't believe Dogura has switched mains, he is a 13 dan Azrael while his Hazama is 11 dan and Nu 8 dan. Through the videos with Dogura that Jourdal uploads he's been showing new stuff for Azrael in 2.0, like new dual weak point combos etc.

Nu is ez mode now carl gets the old CT claploop back in OD using 623D instead of 8D and CS2 unblockable loops. not complaining about my characters being good. just them being easy.
