6 3 2x, not in one motion. The 3 covers both the second 6 of the dash and the first 2 of the special

better visualized as 6 (5) 3 (5) 2 X you have to go back to neutral between each input.

are we going to have a better localization this time and include everything in it (like the Library mode that was removed in the western release copy of CP) for Extend. or are we going to have to wait for 6 months again?

I wouldn't bet the farm on it

Dog: SF4 Zangief was really strong, but in the end couldn't beat Sagat or Akuma so it was kind of ok. I wonder what characters really have an advantage against Tager? Hazama or Amane?か?

Nemo: Tager's strong this time? lol

Dog: Yeah, he's strong enough to start thinking he might be at the very top.

Nemo: (comment about throw chars being weak being a good part about arc games etc)

That's actually kind of scary hearing it from them. Aside from the new system mechanics and attributes in OD, I wonder what truly pushed Tager over the top? Have you fought any notable ones Errol?

He still has the exact same issue vs zoners right...? If hazama is still at the top of his threat list I'm sure rachel, mu, litchi, amane, (koko?) still give him a very hard time. Hard to believe he's top or that of he is that he is going to stay there.

Nah. Dogura has posted in the past that Tager is Nu's hardest match along with Tao I think. Nu: Tager is Tager favor, somehow.

And N-O just had some matches with some tager the day of, or the day before what I translated. So you can probably guess where I'm going here, which is that It's not easy for Rachel. N-O also commented that he thought Bullet:Rachel might be in Bullet's favor this time around (last time he said it was 9:1 rachel favor). Wind baby. or lack thereof

As for why, I don't really know tbh.  I think tager's reward off random shit is skyhigh though, due to things like 5d wallbounce?

Ed: haven't played any notable tagers.. actually I played abegen in akihabara but he doesn't actually play this game..

as I mentioned before when I posted the dogura tweet that listed Tager as one of Nu's worst matchups, I don't know if I fully believe it yet.  But some time has passed and N-O seems to think Tager is really strong too so there's some more credibility right now...

Tager favor

Tager is Nu's hardest match

What planet is this!? Tager doing good is hard enough to believe, but being a positive match-up against Nu, sorry, BEING NU'S WORST match-up is unbelievably odd.

This makes me somewhat exited and terrified for 2.0. On one hand, we have a well known match-up in BB being turned on its head, and on the other, I never did super good against Tager in the first place so I'm not looking forward to a beefed up Tager entering the fray.

Tager having an advantage over Nu doesn't actually surprise me that much.  Tager has gotten new tools for getting around zoner tactics in almost every iteration of BB, and Nu's gameplan in 2.0 looks like it's set up so that she has a tougher time dealing with characters who somehow manage to get past her swarm of ridiculous projectiles.  All Tager needs to do is land sledge at the right moment to score a counter hit and Nu is boned.

Of course, this is the kind of thing that's easier said than done.  It could be another case where Tager dominates the matchup in theory, but has a way harder time dealing with her in practice.

Sorry, I don't know about hardest, but it was Tager & Tao I think he had on the 'Rough' part of his matchup chart for Nu. That post is back here somewhere but I do not know where.

fyi dogura's tweet was spurred on by this tweet by N-O (https://twitter.com/No_104KANA/status/556883836470972416) saying that tager is as strong as zangief would've been if sagat wasn't in ssf4

YES!! My Dream is finally coming true!! S-tier Tager here we come!! I laugh in the face of all who doubted the Power of Science!! This is no surprise to me at all becasuse as i have said before Tager has always gotten better in every new iteration of the game. They are simply following their set pattern. It was only a matter of time.

Also i was exactly right about a new version of Chronophantasma (CP2) being released for the PS4 just as Mori said he was going to do in that interview i posted in this thread back in early November.

If you guys want to actually witness many examples of Tagers new found S-tier greatness then look no further than my new video post right here: http://www.dustloop.com/forums/index.php?/topic/9616-cp-20-iron-tager-video-thread/#entry886671

Well at least there is a slim chance that two more characters will be added to the roster. "Unknown" for now, but the amount of time they have between the arcade release and the console release seems like a pretty reasonable amount for a new character or two to get designed. It may have been in the works long before, but the time between when Mori said Celica would not be playable and when Celica got added to the roster is around the same amount of time.

Wonder how they would play.

Wonder how they would play.

How would Remix Heart characters probably play like?

Mai = Similar to Sho/Minazuki (P4U2)

Taro = Ranged Grappler (which is kinda a scary idea)

Shiori = Mix of Bang and Terumi

Chachakaka = Mix of Tao and Hazama

Seifer = I have no idea how but I'm imagining an Evil Edward Elric in terms of aesthetics.

Akane, Cajun and Ema-sensei I have absolutely no idea. And IMHO if Shiori and Chacha were made playable, they should be one playable character together, 2-in-1. Not sure how that would work, but that's just my opinion on the matter.

This news kinda explains why Stephenie Sheh was apparently at a recording session for something ArcSys-related as I had gathered from stalking Twitter in the past couple of weeks.

Well if Mai were made to play like Sho with just a bunch of two part normals just because two swords I would be pretty disappointed, especially if they make the drive just a bunch of extra normals or something.

Just based on lore what could Mai's drive be? She can poof those two weapons out of nothing, but I know her powers change over the course of the series.

I hope they don't remove the new scenario for the western version, I say this because we don't have the manga and probably the avergage Joe don't know anything about Remix Heart, I hope they don't have the tentation to remove it.
