Noel's getting abare damage sounds like her normals are something than just pokes now. Just thinking about damaging options from each normal is something that has to be considered now, counter hit or not. Now I'm looking forward to what kind of corner game she's gonna have. I swear, if she somehow gets even a semi-lockdown in the corner we won't hear the end of it.

That'd be unreal, but hilarious. Maybe all this damage is coming from the buffed j.4D. If j.4D is usable mid-combo, then she'd be even more stylish than she is now.

Probably this refers to the second hit of 6c. Sounds good imo, although at/near the corner we already can do 6c (2) into iad j.d and so on, we'll have to see what kind of trajectory the bounce has.

The corner bounce thing isn't wallbounce it's like they hit the wall then fall down or some shit like that

So pretty much the same thing as what her 6C(2) already does, but they can't tech in the air anymore.

With the right distance, 5A > 6A > 6C(2) > 66C > Drive Juggle might work and the second hit of 6C prorates positively if I remember correctly.

Looks like it's been confirmed to be wall bounce and not stick. Still, this change opens up a lot of new options for Noel.

if the second hit of 6C wallbounces we can do Rachel 5CC corner loops:

5A > 6A > [6C(2) > Opponent falls]xN > 6C > Drive ender

Would be amazing.

I'm really liking this idea, it goes perfectly hand in hand with 6A's ability to hit crouching opponents now too. It's almost like we have 6C B+C back, but it's even funnier to watch and it's most likely corner specific.

the throw nerf seems to specifically apply to forward throw, there's a chance that u can still do 4BC->214A

Ah. If that's the case, then that's not too bad at all.

Any word on changes to primer breakers? Possibly some that don't require 50 heat to be safe.

Not a whole lot 'till we get our hands on the frame data. I'd still wager that the moves that do break primers for us are still at -OVER NINE THOUSAND frames.

Well if j.4D is now a fast cross-up, you can use that to primer break. Drives are faster in general, so there's possibly CR block strings that are safe from j.4D

Oh yeah. Totally forgot that j.4D was a primer breaker. Shows how much I use that move. Sounds more and more like the way I'm wanting her to play. Along with the system changes to primers on burst, we may have a chance to punish bad bursts with a j.4D start/Assault Through end CR chains for 2 primers. Can't really do it now since everyone has an eternity+ to react to j.4D.

j4D flash kick, imo will be solid on block for 2 primers. If they barrier, just RC and j.4D Spring Raid again? Might even be able to j.4D d.6C 623D depending on if d.6C was buffed or not. might still be too slow to be practical, but if people start getting scared of j.4D 623D it might be something you can train people to bock.

Finally the scariest characters from now:

This time's scary characters are Noel, Litchi and Makoto.

Litchi and Makoto are basically the same as before. Noel's 6A is easily

comboed from 5A or j.C. Her j.4D is way too fast, you can barely see it.

Her abare and damage increased drastically. She's quite dangerous now.

I'm so glad to hear that her abare was increased, it was so frustrating too take a huge risk with a crappy normal like 5a and and get 2k off of it. Hopefully these changes will stick, Noel players deserve a good character after the shit we went through in CS1.

Aww shit... people are gonna learn to fear my name come CS2 after what I had to go through in CS1, I'm gonna hunt down every Bang, Ragna, Tager and Litchi and just exact revenge all over their faces.
